We’re back!

Welshpool Juniors are delighted to be able to welcome back their young players. The first training session took place on Wednesday 31 March for the U7/U8s and was enjoyed by players and coaches. More age groups will start training in the coming days and weeks and it is hoped that also the senior teams will soon be able to train again.

Head of youth football, Gareth Watkins said:

After a turbulent 12 months it was great to welcome back our youngest players. A massive thanks to Phil Blagg for coming down to take some pictures. As you can see from the smiles on the children’s faces, football is much more than a game. Our focus in the coming weeks will be max participation and plenty of small sided games.
